Refund policy

Refund Period:
We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Acceptance:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'|l also need your receipt or proof of purchase. How to Return: Request a Return Contact us by email at soni@loomshanger.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the reason for return and the items you wish to return. Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we'll review it and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at soni@loomshanger.com We'll promptly resolve the issue. Exchanges: The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges). You can request a cancellation through our website or by contacting us at soni@loomshanger.com Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'l| notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply. ORDER DISPATCH

We typically require 2 working days to process and dispatch your order. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. If there are any unexpected delays or issues, we will promptly communicate with you and keep you informed

ORDER TRACKING

Keep track of your order with ease! When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with all of the information you need to track it, including your Tracking URL and AWB number. Simply follow the tracking URL to stay informed about your order's status and estimated delivery date.

ORDER DELIVERY

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible! Typically, our logistics partner delivers shipments within 4-5 working days after we dispatch your order. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or operational issues can sometimes cause delays. To stay informed about your order's delivery, please use the tracking details provided to you via email.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Ta reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full weight
